A letter of good standing maybe required for VSLO/VSAS applications, scholarships, 3rd year clerkships, away elective, etc. You may request a letter of good standing for any reason and at any time during your enrollment at CHSU College of Osteopathic Medicine.
A standard letter of good standing includes the following information:
- that you are enrolled at CHSU
- your program
- your anticipated date of graduation and degree conferral
- whether you have been subject to any disciplinary action during your time of enrollment
To request a letter of good standing, you must complete the "Letter of Good Standing Request Form" and submit the signed and dated form to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Letters of good standing will be uploaded to your VSLO application from the Office of the Registrar.
